You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been received and despatched.

UK and Ireland orders will normally be despatched the same or next day using Royal Mail. Orders are normally received within 2-3 working days. We may select to use An Post for Irish orders. Please see below for shipping rates.

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail who pass the package onto your overseas delivery company. The delivery timescale is a non-guaranteed 7-14 days. Please see below for shipping rates.

For out of stock items, if the delay is likely to be significant we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date. In the event of a delay, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.

Once you submit an order, we immediately prepare all stock items for delivery. You can cancel your order at any stage until dispatch. If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please contact us through our live chat, or at hello@rocmills.com as soon as possible. Please inform us of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity, because once it has been dispatched, the item will be treated as a return.

DUTY/TAX INFORMATION

Your merchandise is exported free of any Irish taxes. However, all merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence. Rocmills is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.

A clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some Post Offices show this as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”.
